Blessings Grief Seminar and Candle Lighting Ceremony
Date:
Wednesday, December 11, 2019
Time:
7:30pm
Location:
Blessings Christian Church
Description:
Christmas is fast approaching, and maybe you are gearing up for a busy few weeks full of festivities and family time. While many people look forward to this time of year, it can be really daunting for others as they must now navigate through the festivities without a loved one by their side. Whether this is your first Christmas without your loved one, or you have been down this road before, you are warmly invited to the Blessings Grief Seminar and Candle Lighting Ceremony. We are welcoming Rick Ludwig, of Kitching, Steepe & Ludwig Funeral Home, and Pastor Bill DeJong, both of whom will speak about grief and hope in the midst of the holidays, and how we can better equip ourselves to make it through this tough season. There will also be an opportunity to light a candle for the loved one(s) you are missing. This event will take place on Wednesday, December 11th, at 7:30 p.m. at Blessings Christian Church (115 Stanley Ave., Hamilton). This event is open to any and all, so please take the opportunity to invite someone who may be struggling with their first (or any) Christmas without their loved one. If you have any questions, or are unable to make it and would like a candle lit for a loved one you are missing, please send an e-mail to Kayla Ruggi at kruggi@hotmail.com.
